The Buy Camden 1st Initiative (BC1) is a joint effort of the City of Camden (the City) and the Latin American Economic Development Association, Inc. (LAEDA), to leverage the economic potential of NJ Grow Businesses, Anchor Institutions and governmental procurement opportunities. The BuyCamden1st.com website will allow these entities to channel, with confidence, their collective purchasing power through Camden Verified businesses.
The Camden Verified process is simple but not easy. This application will ask you about your business, its capabilities and its success. Later you'll be asked to provide documentation to support your application responses. Below is a short outline of the verification process.
